Warranty Terms for Sanitaryware:

1. This warranty is effective only if proof of purchase i.e GST Invoice or warranty card is produced along with any warranty claims or requests.
2. Fiori authorized person will make unit repairs using genuine spare parts or replacements under this warranty within a reasonable period of time.
3. This warranty remains applicable only if the product has at all times been used strictly in accordance with the terms of this warranty and has not been improperly or negligently handled. Fiori is not liable for any damage arising out of faulty installation or damage during transportation.
4. Fiori shall repair/replace defective components (after examination by authorized technician) on either chargeable basis or free of charge, as is decided by Fiori Care under terms of warranty.
5. The warranty does not cover damage of the product caused by improper installation, repair or handling.
6. The warranty covers the products for any manufacturing defects if reported within 1 year from the date of purchase.
7. In the event of non-availability of components or parts due to any reason whatsoever, neither Fiori nor its dealer will be responsible or liable for any delay caused in the service/repair of the product.
8. Fiori’s liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product under any circumstances.
9. Warranty covers the discoloration of the ceramic products. However, any improper care and cleaning will void the warranty.
10. Parts not covered under warranty are hoses, washers, angle valves, jets, hinges etc.

       Cleaning Guidelines:

1. While cleaning the ceramic product after installation, do not use abrasive cleansers, as they may damage the ceramic surface.
2. Do not allow cleansers containing petroleum distillates to remain in contact with ceramic surface for long periods of time.
3. Do not use metal tools or wire brushers to remove any plaster. Use a powder type detergent on a damp cloth to provide mild abrasive action to any residual plaster or white cement/putty.
4. Clean the outside surface of the vitreous chine product with mild soap and warm water.
5. Wipe the entire surface completely dry with a clean, soft cloth.
6. Please do not use cement at any hollow portion of the vitreous China product.

Warranty Terms for Faucets:

1. This warranty is effective only if proof of purchase (original sales receipt) is produced with all warranty claims or requests.
2. Fiori authorized person will make unit repairs using genuine spare parts or replacements under this warranty within a reasonable period of time.
3. This warranty policy confirms that Fiori will rectify for any such fault that may arise due to defect in material/s or workmanship appearing within the warranty period, warranty is not transferable and is invalid if any alteration has been made to the certificate.
4. This warranty remains applicable only if the product has at all times been used strictly in accordance with the terms of this warranty and has not been improperly or negligently handled. Fiori is not liable for any damage arising out of faulty installation or damage during transportation.
5. The warranty covers the products for leakage or breakage within the warranty period and the breakage of the thread only at the time of first installation after purchase.
6. Fiori is not responsible for installation/any civil construction work requires during installation of the new products or replacement /repairing of old products.
7. This warranty does not cover problem arising from low water pressure, and wear and tear, impurities/hardness beyond the norms of drinking water or improper care and cleaning.
8. Fiori shall repair/replace defective components (after examination by authorized technician) on either chargeable basis or free of charge, as is decided by Fiori Care under terms of warranty.
9. The warranty covers any erosion of the external chrome material, however, does not cover the damage to the exterior finish/chrome of the product due to improper cleaning or condition of water.
10. In the event of non-availability of components or parts due to any reason whatsoever, neither Fiori nor its dealer will be responsible or liable for any delay caused in the service/repair of the product.
11. Fiori’s liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product under any circumstances.
12. Improper care and cleaning will void the warranty.

Cleaning Guidelines:

1. Always use a soft dampened sponge or cloth to clean, never use abrasive material like a bristle brush or scouring pad.
2. Do not use cleaners containing ammonia, bleach, or acid. Most toilet cleaning products have high acidic content which can damage the chrome finish.
3. For perfect foam flow of water, the aerators should be cleaned regularly.
